1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Service

By accessing or contracting services from MMK AI Solutions, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our services encompass doctoral-level scientific and medical writing, systematic literature reviews, developmental manuscript editing, regulatory documentation, healthcare AI advisory, and intellectual property consulting.

2. Scientific Integrity & Authorship Ethics

MMK AI Solutions strictly adheres to ethical publishing standards established by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) and the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

• Medical Writing & Editorial Support: When providing medical writing or editing assistance, our role is declared in manuscript acknowledgments or contributor sections as appropriate under journal guidelines.
• No Ghostwriting of Fraudulent Data: We do not fabricate data, falsify statistical analyses, or generate fraudulent scientific papers. All writing is grounded strictly in verified source literature or authentic client experimental records.
• Peer-Review Independence: While we optimize manuscripts for peer-review success, journal acceptance depends on independent editorial and peer-review boards. We do not guarantee acceptance by any specific journal.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Client Ownership

Clients retain 100% full intellectual property ownership over their underlying scientific discoveries, experimental data, clinical study designs, and final approved manuscript texts. Upon receipt of full project payment, all deliverables created specifically for the client become the sole property of the client.

4. Payment & Project Timelines

Writing and consulting engagements are quoted based on defined deliverables (e.g., number of pages, PRISMA protocol complexity, turnaround urgency). Detailed payment milestones (advance deposit and final delivery) are outlined in individual project proposals or invoices.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any client agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Telangana, India.
